I have loved this place from the day I moved in and I still feel the same way! The maintenance & office staff are all so nice, helpful and welcoming! There is plenty of amenities including a pool, a gym, park area, dog park, clubhouse etc. they do paint nights, tacos and Rita’s and all sorts of stuff!

Very standard experience unfortunately. I moved in, the hot tub was broken for 3 months. I checked with the office multiple times to see what was going on as far as progress (because as a resident we pay for amenities). Was given pacifying answers for weeks, and then was told they had the part. Just no time to install it.
Then a major snow storm hit. And our complex was a mess. I complained about that too. And was given yet another pacifying answer. Multiple times I’ve had to mention there is... pool furniture blown INTO the pool. The cushions are left out all year long so they will for sure be rotten by spring.
So far, unfortunately there’s truly nothing remarkable or different about INOVA. the bare minimum is done to keep residents off their backs. Unfortunate for them, i will always bring up their short comings as this is all included in my rent.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met your expectations, and we appreciate the chance to provide some clarity. While we understand the frustration surrounding the hot tub downtime, we do not charge... residents for amenities, and the delay was caused by a supply-chain issue with a required part that was outside of our control; once the part arrived, our team worked with vendors to complete the repair as quickly as possible. Regarding the snowstorm, our entire area received nearly a foot of snow over two days, and while we always want immediate cleanup, our snow-removal vendors service multiple properties during major weather events, which means there can be delays despite everyone’s best efforts. As for the pool furniture, high winds in Reno occasionally blow items into the pool, but we remove them promptly when it happens, even though we obviously can’t control the weather conditions that cause it. We truly value resident feedback and are committed to doing our best to maintain a positive living experience, and we’re always available in the office if you’d like to discuss anything further.

Overall, it has been a great experience. My neighbors above me sounds like they have "lead" feet some days and another neighbor has a really loud car exhaust when they come or go. If you get beyond that, it has been enjoyable. Most neighbors seem friendly and everyone has been nice that I have met here.

It’s a very quiet apartment complex. Everybody that lives in here seem to be really nice and pretty much everyone stays to them selves. They have a nice gym and indoor basketball court as well. The apartments are kept clean.

I think I Nova apartments or a wonderful place to live, it's clean and has a pool.It has a workout room and it's a great place to live.
