These apartments look great from the outside, but internally there is a lack of quality control, care, or efforts. There is a steady police presence, noisy neighbors at night, and questionable people. Concerns are constantly shared with management, that go unaddressed. These are great for low income options (which is what seems to be taking over) or a young adults first apartment. As a mom, I would not recommend. I wish I had known more before moving in, and now I am stuck in a lease agreement.

The Apartment is very nice and has a lot of light. We love living here. The only thing is the dog park smells and needs to be cleaned with water every month

My husband was relocated to Reno for work, so we needed a fully furnished condo for him. I reached out to the main office without having seen the property in person, and they were incredibly helpful, walking me through available options, the units, and all the amenities the complex offers.

Since moving in, my husband has loved everything about the place. I visit about once a month, and it genuinely feels like a little getaway each time. The location is a huge plus, with plenty of nearby stores... and conveniences, and the amenities are modern, well-designed, and thoughtfully maintained.
