Humble cozy abode for people and mice alike. Hot water comes and goes, because life is a fleeting, suspense filled thing. When there is hot water, there's only two temperatures in the shower: the icy tears of Elsa from Frozen or hellfire water brewed by Hades. Permanent odor in stairway not unlike a decaying carcass. No elevator, which means daily cardio (who needs a gym membership)! Neighbors are so friendly, they even stay up until 4am talking and laughing and making all the noise in the... world- because they know how to have a good time.
