1967-1971 Marmion Ave Apartamentos

I've lived here for 3 years, the rent is amazingly affordable for any borough in nyc. It's next to an abundance of stores and restaurants. However, the gate in the front is always broken and the staircases are filled with garbage and cigarette butts. All of the apartments are lined with tiles from the 99 cent store.

But on the brightside, at least the apartment are huge. I have the largest apartment with the lowest price out of all of my friends.
