Apartments are nice, staff is lovely. But they are constantly over stretched and under staffed. The building management does not have any urgency to tend to the health and safety of residents without months of pressure from many residents. Feels like since we have a good deal on rent, the management (both local and regional) do not care about tending to any issues with expediency. Dangerous tenants and their highly aggressive dogs that regularly defecate in hallways are not addressed in any... meaningful way for a year.
