I am blessed to have my home here on Shore Road. I've lived many places in my life and now I have landed here. My apartment meets all my needs. I live, work and play in this roomy alcove studio. I'm two minutes from the best NYC sunset you will ever see and have FREE access to the best views of Manhattan on my walks by the water. The apartment building has a real neighborhood feel with rich, diverse folks and fantastic restaurants. The bonus is the hard-working, proactive live-in super who... truly cares. In addition, the family management who runs the building are kind and have a heart especially when you need it. The friendly community offers pleasing flashbacks of childhood play as well as brings balance and peace to a high-energy NYC life. It's an easy 3.5 block walk to the subway where you know you will always have a seat and can be sure of some entertainment on your commute.
