Place needs updating

This place needs a lot of updating, espcially the roads have pot holes all over the parking lot terrible if you ask me. Also, bathrooms need updates too.

Terrible management!! Beware

Apparently the company that owns Cayuga Village removes their bad reviews. I recently reviewed this place as horrible and suddenly the review disappears?

I spoke to the Manager Lisa who is very rude. I was just inquiring for my disabled mom regarding possibly looking at this facility. (My mom is disabled and I speak on her behalf.) My concern with this facility it that if they can speak to you on the phone in such a way I wonder how they treat their elderly living there?
I also have been... reading other sight reviews that this place had drug addicts living there. I can see why, they are very unprofessional!

As a matter of policy we didn’t, nor have we ever altered/removed any online reviews.  I was disappointed to read this review.  Customer service and the manner in which we treat our residents, vendors, caregivers and  applicants is extremely... important to us.  To the best of my knowledge the writer of this review never contacted me.  I am not aware of any site reviews alleging we have drug addicts living in the community, nor am I aware of any type of illegal drug activity at the property.  Cayuga Village is an 80 unit senior/disabled subsidized apartment community that in my opinion is full of delightful and in many cases long term residents.  Should you wish to discuss this further please feel free to contact me.  Scott Heaton, Executive Vice President, Management Division, California Commercial Investment Group, Inc.   805-386-4300  scott@ccinvest.com.
