140-60 Beech Ave Apartamentos

I've being living here 39 years, and since the present owner /share holder, has this building, it has been run like a tenement. He bought it in 1985 and applied.to go coop immediately, but let the boiler and elevators fall into disrepair. It also has mice and roaches. We finally have a President of the coop board who is active, and started repairing all needed repairs, For the next 11 days, they are removing asbestos from garage, laundry rooms. The roach and mice problem remains.
