You are welcome then! 62-40 building is just full of bed bugs! They are traveling all over the place! Exterminator only treats one particular apartment whenever they receive a complaint, and 2 weeks later you start getting "visitors" from your neighbors again! It's been more than 3 years already. I don't remember when was the last time I slept...

It's kept very clean. It's maintained very well. They solve problems as soon as they are told of the problem. II

This is the best apartment I have ever stayed in during my entire span of living in America. I couldn't have asked for a better one. Since this is a place that is located on the top floor of a 6 story building I get little or no noise from people that would normally give off foot steps sounds if I were to live on the 5 th floor. The apartment in it self has a lot of pros regarding their heating system. The heating is good not too cold not too hot in the winter and the neighborhood is so cozy....... .the best one I had stayed in compared to all previous places I stayed at. Lee mas

We have been in this apartment since 2010 and our first child and now on the 2nd just hoping to get nicer two bedroom apartment and we also have in our family a wonderful pitbull that is 5 years Oldham
