I have moved in about a month ago. So far the experience exceeded my expectations by a mile. The apartment, people and the service have all been very good. Especially when comparing to a previous place I stayed for the last two years.

Good so far!!! I just wish the events were a little later in the evening send me my partner work late and usually don’t come home until seven but by that time the events are over there usually around 4 o’clock and unless you work from home, it’s almost impossible to make those events

There isn’t a nicer rental community on Long Island and being near the water is an added bonus. It’s pretty, safe, and dog friendly. Great place to live!

Very pleasant place to live. The staff here is always courteous and helpful and the place is kept clean& fresh.
The lobby coffee bar is great & the fitness center is top notch

Great community &, meeting new friends.
The leasing agents are very knowledgeable, professionalism & courteous.
The maintenance department are timely when placing work requests & maintain
the grounds.
