Harbor Landing

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Living here truly feels like a resort experience- clean, beautifully maintained, amazing staff, top notch professionalism and service, quick response to maintenance requests, fun events with a friendly community, etc. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly especially during the move in process which has created such a peaceful vibe. I’m not usually one to write a review, but I have to give credit where it’s due and sing my praises about Harbor Landing.

Everyone is super friendly and property is well maintained by the staff. There are many community events that are fun and makes the property feel more like a resort than a rental property

Harbor Landing has successfully stood by one of their many motos, "Moving here is a lifestyle change for the better" - I know other communities of luxury homes that market that same line. But none have achieved it as successfully and genuinely as HL. That is a big deal for me.

Because living here is in fact a lifestyle change for the better. However, it is not just because of the stunning location off the L.I. Sound, or the landscaping that leaves you experiencing the depths of every season in... a richer way, but it is the staff here that helps make it all possible. John, Eddie, Cullin and the entire team here, led by the incomparable and compassionate Debra Rocco, is what makes this place a positive lifestyle change. I am grateful to have been renewing my lease here for the past 4 years now. Lee mas

I have moved in about a month ago. So far the experience exceeded my expectations by a mile. The apartment, people and the service have all been very good. Especially when comparing to a previous place I stayed for the last two years.
