This is the perfect building if you are looking to enjoy the city and have your peace and quiet at the same time. The apartments are well taken care of, pet friendly, and offer a quiet ambiance that is within walking to the LIRR and E&F line. There is plenty of lawn for dogs to be walked and it is well taken care of by the friendly maintenance crew. Any time there is an issue, they are quick to respond and often visit the same day.
