This is the perfect apartment if you want to live in Astoria. The 2nd floor apartment is very spacious, with three bedrooms, a large living room, medium sized bathroom and a small private yard in the back. The front of the building also has a nice stoop and patio area that is perfect for cooking outside on the grill. Astoria Park is a few blocks away, with many activities from running, swimming at the public pool or just going out for a leisurely stroll.
