I have a HUGE fantastic 1 bedroom with a great "OUTDOOR SPACE" in Union sq. I work in Chicago 3 weeks a month. I am only in NYC 5-7 days a month.

YOU WILL HAVE THE... APARTMENT TO YOURSELF 3+WEEKS PER MONTH. You will not be charged more for the extra days of get. You will have your own dressers, closets and bathroom space.

*you must have somewhere else to go the 5-7 days a month when I am in town.

I just need someone to share the rent with. The apartment is fully furnished including kitchen cooking supplies, towels, sheets and bedding.

Rent includes:
-Wireless internet
-Full Cable
-Water, heat, and electric
-Maid Service for the share

**You MUST have somewhere else to go when I am in town. You will get a guaranteed 24 + nights a month in the apartment. You will have your own storage and closet spaces. The apartment is set up like a corporate apartment or hotel. Tons of closet space for NYC apartment. We can do the schedule in advance. I am very flexible with schedule. Just looking for the right fit for this AMAZING space!
