Guests must take out the trash when departing, with bins located outside close to the driveway. The cottage is a smoke-free property, and failure to comply will result in a $250 fine for each room smoked in. Excessive noise should be avoided to respect other cottage neighbors, with quiet hours between 9pm-6am. Late checkout after the time on your reservation will result in a $250 fee unless authorized in writing at least 24 hours before the checkout time. Checking out over 1 hour late will incur an additional fee at the undiscounted day rate.
