As a bachelor living a minimalistic life, this is the perfect space. Easy commute with everything right there. Walk to everything!

Perfect in everyway
For a newly engaged couple, this is amazing. We can save money and start off feeling like we are living an upscale lifestyle.

Amazing!
Upscale and beautiful. You are right in the middle of everything. Walk to all. Plus is the definitely the schools!

New Resident
I have recently moved in over the weekend and have had a pleasant experience. I have searched almost all the buildings in white plains and surrounding towns. We were given 1 spot free and 2 months of free rent. Other buildings wanted to charge us almost $200/spot.
Some small issues to touch up when you move in but that is with any new building. We are very happy now! Highly recommend.

OVERPRICED
High rents for what you get everything is EXTRA rooms are small, can you say rip off?
