I advise AVOIDING this place
I strongly recommend against moving here.
I asked the staff for a few extra days to thoroughly clean the apartment before moving out. I explicitly asked if any additional fees would be associated with the extension or moving out. The staff assured me that I would only be billed for the extra days, and when I asked if there was anything else to be aware of, they said no.
However, about a week later, I received a bill for over $2,000. Apparently, because I didn’t vacate the apartment on time, my... lease was automatically extended by 60 days. Ultimately, I had to pay $2,000 for two months I didn’t even live in the apartment.
Additionally, I noticed a shift in the staff's attitude after I mentioned my military service. They became increasingly uncooperative—ignoring calls and behaving in a resistant manner.
Key concerns:
Before you move here, make sure you fully understand their policies and get everything in writing.

We are sorry that you had an unpleasant experience, however due to Fair Housing we must uphold all the terms of the lease that you signed. You were not moved out on your lease end date, which defaults you to a month-to-month status. Any cleaning... charges that were charged to you are supported by pictures that can be sent to you.
