Hiii! Moved in here incited 7th and so far everything is great! Didn’t have a change to use the pool yet but just waiting for the rain to stop! Happy to pick the Gramercy samy next home!

One elevator seems to always be down which makes everything more difficult. There is a leak at the entrance which is making a terrible smell in the lobby.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating the elevator issues and the lobby leak have been, and we truly appreciate your patience. Over the past two years, we’ve made significant repairs and upgrades to our elevator systems,... and we continue to work diligently to ensure they are safe and reliable for all residents.
Regarding the leak in the lobby, this is connected to our current awning replacement project. Unfortunately, recent rain has exacerbated the issue, but we’re actively addressing it. We anticipate completing the project by 6/30, which should prevent future water intrusion and help eliminate the unpleasant odor.
We’re committed to maintaining and improving our community, and your feedback helps us do that. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. If you have any further questions, please give us a call. We're always happy to help!

Now that Spring 2025 is here I look forward to our property perking up with all the new flowers inside and out. Looking forwar to Memorial Day when our pool opens up in all its glory. Also, lets fix the outdoor grills so they work top notch !!

I have been here for 7 years now with wife and school/college going daughter and it has been very happy and comfortable. We like the security, services, staff, location and the amenities available.
One thing I do miss is the morning/evening shuttle van to/from the train station. Gramercy stopped the service during covid. Would really like to see it running again.
