Regarding the cobblestone at the front of the... community, this area is currently in the process of being addressed. Due to seasonal and weather limitations, the project cannot begin until the spring/summer months. We will be providing additional communication as we move closer to the start of this work. As for the parking garage, it is illuminated in excess of local requirements and was recently inspected. Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how disruptive it can be when an elevator is out of service for an extended period, especially in a busy, pet-friendly community. We appreciate your patience while Elevator #2 was repaired and are... hopeful it will continue to operate reliably moving forward. Regarding the hot water concerns, this is certainly not the experience we want for our residents. While sink and shower systems can function differently, we would like the opportunity to have our maintenance team look into this to ensure everything is operating properly.
