HVAC still broken and no mailbox key after weeks — zero response from management.
Living here has been a frustrating experience. Since the day I moved in, the HVAC system has not worked, leaving the apartment uncomfortable and unfit at times. Despite repeated requests, management has been slow to respond and has failed to resolve this basic issue.
To make matters worse, I still do not have a working mailbox key weeks after moving in. This has prevented me from receiving important mail and packages, which is unacceptable for any apartment community.
The lack of communication... and urgency from management shows a disregard for residents’ needs. Reliable heating/cooling and access to mail are fundamental, and the failure to provide them makes this a very disappointing place to live.
