- if pets, then first month's pet rent ($50 monthly rent per pet) plus one-time pet fee $250 per pet

In order to secure the rental property the approved applicant is required to place a deposit. The security deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent or the amount requested that reflects your credit application. Pets are okay with non refundable pet fee. Resident is responsible for all utilities including: Gas, Electric and Water, Sewer and Trash. Utilities are not included in base rent pricing.
