Cheap
The owner(s) Garnet are really cheap. Does not do any upgrades to the units. Refrigerator is very very small, sink is from the 80's in the bathroom, tub is super small and uncomfortable. If anything breaks they replace it with cheap, plastic appliance. False advertising!!! The pool is down and found out their e not fixing it!! Although it's hella units to where I'm sure their getting paid enough to repair the issue(s) for the pool, plus they own several other properties. It was NEVER told to me... that the pool was not going to be operable. Krysta is cool, however I think she should focus on being the property manager, and not involve herself on going to Home Depot to pick out appliances for replacements. The rent is feasible, however instead of having a flat rate on utilities, they charge you buy the usage, including gas!! Which I'm still trying to figure out where that's coming from. Maybe the hot water (shrug) FIX THE POOL
