Less than satisfactory experience
I’ve personally had a difficult experience living at this property. I’ve lived here through three management changes. While I had a pleasant experience with the first company, things unfortunately went steeply downhill after that.
The current management team has often been inattentive, unhelpful, and lacking in transparency. They did not obtain all leases and paperwork from the previous management. As a result, my rent was increased in the payment portal months before my actual lease ended, and... I was asked to renew early. When I questioned this, I was told my lease ended on a date that was three months earlier than the one I had signed. I requested a copy of the lease they were referencing, but eventually a staff member acknowledged that they had not received the leases during the management transfer.
The hallways have not been thoroughly cleaned since the second management company was in place. Fixed fees are raised often. It is extremely difficult to reach the office by phone, and communication within the team is poor, leading to misunderstandings and unfulfilled promises. I’ve also encountered added fees frequently through management changes.
The security of the property was also compromised during my time here, and the locks were not repaired promptly. Maintenance is slow to respond, and interactions with the office can feel dismissive.
For anyone considering moving here, I strongly suggest keeping copies of your lease, documenting all interactions in writing, and speaking to current tenants before signing. While the property looks appealing at first glance, my personal experience has been disappointing, and I would not recommend it to others.
