These apartments are the worst apartment i have ever lived in. There are many problems starting with the fact that something was always falling apart with the building. the laundry or sinks in your room are always broken and even if you put in maintenance they would come and say it was fixed but it was still broken. not to mention every-time it rained which happens a lot in cincinnati the lobby ceilings would be falling and there would be water everywhere. Next thing was the bed bugs or just... bugs in general. every morning i would wake up with bug bites and every time i would put in a maintenance and they would take weeks to answer me. it got to the point where i was getting sick in the building more than normal. when i finally went to landlord she tried to convince me that there were no bugs and that i was getting them from somewhere else when i spent most of my time at that apartment. and i had the bites to prove it. another big thing was that both the two landlords candice and michelle are the worst landlords i have ever had. they do not whatsoever care for the tenants. lastly the parking, they kept saying they will make their parking lot bigger to have more tenants be able to park but they didn’t even start the construction until months after they gave the notice and had many tenants park in the street over or a dollar general parking lot which was 8 minutes walking distance away. not to mention my car got broken into when i parked on the street over. I will reiterate these apartment are the worst and do not live here. Lee mas

The management will not respond to calls or emails. If you are lucky enough to get them to respond they will be very rude to you. There are bugs everywhere they say they are treating but they don’t do anything. They will tell you that you failed an inspection when no one actually entered your apartment. You aren’t allowed to park in the parking lot many people had their cars broken into or stolen. If you bring up any concerns they do not respond at all.

Most of the amenities are non existent, management doesn’t care. Many fire alarms that are false alarms. Rude management,raises rent out of nowhere. I have had many Amazon packages stolen and management won’t do anything about it. Elevator breaks all the time.

Terrible management everything is broke they fix it when they want too unnecessary charges to rent and account and when we broke our lease and was preparing to move our mail came up MISSING no heat in the winter no hot water for weeks… have to evacuate every few weeks elevators always broke nosey and crazy neighbors it’s a mess

The entire complex is infested with bedbugs. Don't move here.
