Yikes
They don’t clean carpets before move ins- or the apartment for that matter. Make sure you check behind appliances before moving in. They also overcharged and then decreased prices months later but I’m still stuck paying a ridiculous amount for no microwave or room to put one anywhere, 1989 fridge, dishwasher, and stove with a round clock. Not even digital and uneven heating in oven. Window and tub broken when I moved in 5 months ago still not fixed and just getting worse. Maintenance comes and... takes photos and leaves it at that. My bathroom faucet is even leaking and growing stalactites but they won’t fix that either. Make sure you have bright flashlights when touring YOUR apartment because they’ll give you a tour of an apartment they actually cleaned instead of yours!
