I stayed over here for two weeks before I actually came to Cincinnati and I enjoyed the entire time so now that I'm actually living here I think I will have a amazing time and I think I will enjoy everybody in the staff and I also like the upgrades that were dead to the building and I think that this will be a fun time living at the Vangaurd

I recently moved in and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The leasing office made the entire process smooth and stress-free—from the initial tour to the move-in day. The staff has been incredibly welcoming and responsive to any questions I’ve had.
My apartment was clean and in great condition when I arrived, and everything was ready to go. I especially appreciate how quiet and well-maintained the community is. It already feels like home, and I’m excited to be part of this neighborhood.

Honestly? The management keeps getting worse and worse. Things such as the security cameras have constantly been lied about working, the gate is always broken, there’s always some issue going on, and answers are almost always left unanswered. I understand that some things are out of their control, but the lies and deceit? That does not need to happen.

has been excellent. The amenities are outstanding, and the environment is very secure. The summer events have also been very nice and enjoyable

I hate living here, worst management ever. I dont even stay at the apartment complex anymore. I just pay rent and thats it. I visit the apartment complex here and there. I wouldn't recommend staying here if your going to college at UC
