Management doesn’t care about residents. They promised us parking, said they’d put up a gate and now suddenly “we can’t do that” there’s never any parking except on Sundays. Management will tell you, “you’re not the only one complaining about this” but continue to do nothing about it. They suck. It looks cute in pictures but it’s just not worth it. They also didn’t let me see my apartment until after I signed my lease because it was “policy” but really the guy told me it was because people were... turning it down after seeing it and my inference is that they wanted to fill the building and didn’t care about integrity.
