This boutique apartment building as all the amenities one could ever need! Settled in Cleveland's Gateway District, all of Downtown Cleveland is your play area. The building is attached to the Metropolitan at the 9- which is Cleveland's most popular Downtown hotel. Residents have access to hotel amenities such as: room service, dry cleaning, valet, housekeeping, hotel bars, clubs, restaurants etc. Some services costs extra- but they are convenient. The apartments themselves are admittedly small,... they're 'boutique' sized but come with new, stainless steel appliances including dishwashers and washer/dryer. I also like how the apartment came with cable, internet and a local phone. I don't really want to leave. The building is pet friendly, and the staff is prompt. Lee mas
