Prospect Place Apts.

We've lived here for about a year and a half now, and we love this apartment. We have a loft on the 5th floor with 2 full bathrooms! The exposed brick and concrete throughout the whole unit and extra large windows caught our eye initially. Steve is a fantastic building manager, he's always willing to help in any way he can. Only downsize is the heating/cooling in uneven, the bedroom doesn't seem to change temperature with the rest of the rooms, so we rely on our box fan to keep cool during the... summer. The building's fire alarm has also gone off several times in the middle of the night, causing all the tenants to wait outside until the fire department arrived to turn it off. Overall, we have had a great time living here. 1,000 sqft is plenty of space for our dog and it feels like a real home to us! Lee mas
