Qualified Applicant:

1. No past evictions on your record, unless it’s been at least over 3 years ago, or longer. Must have a good history of making payments on time.

2. Decent credit. If your credit has been affected from past struggles from years ago such as things like medical bills, or other things that’s happened in the past that may still be affecting your score, I am willing to work with you on that as long as there’s also no history of past evictions in the last 3 years. (Refer to point 1). ( If it’s not one of your main priorities every month to have a ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD, then please reconsider applying for this house.)

3. Monthly income must be 3x or more the monthly rent.

4. I will be doing employment verifications. References also could benefit you in applying!

5. Must clean and take care of the home

6. No animals, unless otherwise approved by me

7. Must name all occupants on application form, including but not limited to anyone under the age of 18. This ensures safety of residents, and security of the dwelling.
