Think twice before moving here. Moving in or out of this building is impossible. There is no loading zone. Our movers got ticketed halfway through the move and had nowhere to park the moving truck other than by the trash chute out back, and if you park there, you have to walk across the parking lot, dodging all the cars while carrying your couch, mattress, boxes, etc. to get to the elevator for the building. Incredibly frustrating. Moving is stressful enough as it is. Not worth it

The views, amenities, and service from all the employees are top notch. I ran into Danny the maintenance man there and he was spectacular and very knowledgeable!

Everybody is very friendly and helpful.it is also a very nice building

These apartment homes are perfect for my grandson who will be attending OSU in the fall. We looked at many and this one I feel is safe, close to campus and food for him. I am sure this will be a perfect for as a home away from home. A special thank you to the office staff who were so kind and helpful during this whole process, they really made this transition so easy and reassuring for us.

Pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was when I was acquiring about an apartment. They definitely made me feel welcomed, they weren’t pushy like other places and were willing to take the time to answer all my questions.
