STOP! Don't waste your time or money. They tell you one thing in person and something different on the phone. I reported them to the BBB and taking them to Court for my deposit and to clear my name. I moved out a Month ago. I was kept my Place clean,called them when something need fixed. I had to call many times. Make sure you get everything in writing, take pictures, video,and have witness. I have all that! When I moved in the Carpet was old smelly and the refrigerator was old, loud and had a... crack on the shelf. Cheap,no gloss paint on the walls,very very,very very thin walls, and windows. Heating in cooling unit very loud. Parking lot dirty, sometimes had to park far. Toilet moved around, the floor needed replace. The closest very Small. All the Doors very old. The hand railing on the steps need replaced. Old doors for the Washer and Dryer hook up space. Not enough cabinet space in the kitchen. Back door didn't close tight, and dents in the doors. Water and dirt was coming through the kitchen wall by the floor. Black jack,Ants, BUGS from the neighbor. High Bills,and over priced Rent! I think these Apartment own by Corporations! Trash on the ground, and people let their pets pee and poop anywhere. No patio, no privacy! Don't remove the snow in front of you door,or put down Salt. Lee mas

I was given a unit with a known water heater issue confirmed by maintenance. When I contacted the office about this being an issue prior to me living here, the office blamed the previous contractors even though it ultimately falls on the complex to make sure things are done correctly. When I asked about compensation for the multiple inconveniences that this issue caused the first time (no water, canceled work meetings due to noise, etc for almost a week), I was told that no compensation was... available but I should be happy to know that the complex is redoing the exterior of the buildings. I dropped the issue, however then I had the same issue happen 2 more times in less than a year of the first issue. Not once did management reach out about this and it wasn’t until I reached out to them after the 3rd time having this issue saying I wanted to terminate my lease that I was even given an option to move to another unit. I told them that I am pregnant and I cannot have a newborn living here not knowing if I will have this issue and not have water for a 4th time. Also stated that I cannot trust moving to another unit when clearly they are okay with renting out units without making sure things are working properly. I offered to give a 90 day notice and mgmt said I could do that but I would still need to pay out the rest of my lease and forfeit my security deposit. The only reason I am not resigning my lease is due to problems this complex has caused and it’s ridiculous that they will not take accountability and right their wrongs. The manager told me that having maintenance come to my unit multiple times for the same reason, interrupting work and being pregnant and needing to leave out to use a restroom due to an issue that has happened more than once were all MILD inconveniences. I had the same manager lie and tell me she was the only one I can talk to about the fees of terminating my lease when in August she was the same person that said she needed to speak to her higher ups about compensation for the first time the issue happened. All in all, this place may rent you a unit with known problems, they will not take accountability and they are unprofessional. Once I move out I will update this with the address of the unit I live in to ensure that no one else goes through the same problems if they choose to rent here.

I have been stopped on the way to the laundry facility by more than one family living in this community, and no one has anything nice to say about the management of this property. They will tow your vehicle even if it has a clearly visible parking pass they provide to you, without any regard for how it will impact your finances. I had to pay the final month rent in advance, but I renewed my lease twice. After I decided to move out because of how awful they are to their tenants, they took the... shady opportunity to make me have to put a stop payment on their ACH service, then they asked me to provide documentation of the stop payment cost. They never replied after I provided the documentation, and then told me I had to pay $50 ($10/day) in late fees on 7/8 when my account would have had a withdrawal on 7/6 unless I'd placed the stop payment. This place is absolutely absurd. I applied April 1 2021 I decided to go else where because I didn’t want to pay my entire lease in advance and I didn’t have a co-signer with a 750 credit score who owns a home. I explained to the leasing agent that I was homeless and I needed the pre deposit back immediately to find somewhere for my 6 year 1year old to stay. She said she would rush it back but even though I paid with a debit card I had to receive a check in the mail and it usually takes up to 30... days to get it. I gave them their 30days still no check I call 1 week after that someone in the office said she would call corporate because it said my account was closed April 2 2021 since then I have still yet to receive the check and everytime I call they give me the run around about how they are waiting for corporate and will call me back it is almost june2 so that would be 60 days I feel swindled and I’m sure they do this to people all the time and just keep their money and people just let it go I am not I need my money immediately. I moved in during the Corona virus pandemic and I was unable to view the townhouse in person. The first time I saw the place was when I signed the lease and picked up my keys. I did a tour of the home, found the bathroom which had severe water damage on the floor (warped tile and sinks in when I walk), on the wall near the toilet and on the wall near the shower (across from toilet). Also, when I went into my second bedroom, it smelled so bad, like mildew/mold/possibly a decomposing animal. I... tried cleaning the carpets in that room and spraying, but it doesn't work and now that room is just forever closed so the smell doesn't spread. So embarrassed to live here, that I haven't let any of my family or friends over. Other than that, maintenance is pretty fast and friendly, but I will be leaving when my lease is up. Lee mas
