Victoria Village Apartamentos

I originally moved in because of the fast move-in availability, which seemed great at the time,but that was the only “great” thing about this place. The staff is consistently unprofessional and rude. When I moved in, the AC/heating unit was broken for three months. The repairman eventually told me it needed electrical work that was never done, which caused more problems toward the end of my lease.

There have been multiple mice sightings in my apartment, which I reported several times. The... “solution” was only spraying the outside of the building, and the issue was never truly addressed. I was promised a washer/dryer hookup, a dishwasher, and a newly remodeled apartment. What I received was a poorly done remodel with floorboards lifting, ceiling vents falling, and bathroom cabinets coming apart.

On top of that, my vehicle was broken into three times, my home was broken into, and gunshots are a regular occurrence here. Police and ambulances are in and out of the complex at all hours.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was naïve and swayed by the quick move-in, but let this be a warning,do not be fooled. Lee mas

Awesome staff and fast process clean unit and lots of space

I went there for a showing a few weeks ago and the staff there is very friendly, the ladies in the office did a great job explaining to me how the move in process works, i am not from here, i will apply in future.

This place is absolutely awful and disgusting. The reviews will not lie to you. Do not move in this place even if it's your last choice. I got my keys in December of 2022. I reported mice in my apartment in January. It is now March and the issue has only gotten worse. The property manager Nathan told me to my face that I was lying about the issue because EPM (environmental pest management) said there was no mice in my unit. I have videos of the mice literally days after EPM left my unit. EPM... came into my unit about 5 times within 2 months and nothing was fixed. Mice are jumping in and out access holes, running across the countertops. This place is infested. I packed all my stuff and returned the keys back to the office this month 3/2023 because there's no way I could continue to live under those conditions. This has been the worst experience of my life!!!! There's reviews about this complex going back for years about it being infested and its stillcinfeated as of March 2023. Theres trash all outside of the units, windows are always being busted out, kids loud all night outside, I could write a book about my experience. Do not move here!!!!!!!! Lee mas

If I could give this community -10 stars I would. The office staff is horrible and unprofessional, especially the property manager. The apartments are infested with roaches and mice. The mice literally dance on top of the bait boxes, and then go back into their access holes.. kids are constantly outside being loud and fighting and recently my window was shot out or something was thrown through it while I was out of town for the night. Please stay away from Victoria village!! Renting here will be... the worst mistake you ever make. Lee mas
