Taylor Pointe Apartments

I lived at this apartment complex several years ago. The apartments were relatively nice, and the area was quiet and pleasant.
On my move-in date, the office was unexpectedly closed. I had to reschedule my entire move, which was costly an incredibly inconvenient.
Unfortunately, management issues and excessive fees overshadowed the positives. Ground-floor units had moisture problems, and my move-in was mishandled when the office was unexpectedly closed, forcing me to reschedule. For pet owners,... management required dog DNA swabs to track pet waste and charged residents based on the results, which felt invasive.
At move-out, I was charged an unreasonable amount for minor carpet stains that should have been considered normal wear and tear. Between surprise fees and poor management practices, it often felt like residents were being nickel-and-dimed Lee mas

I work for the Federal Government and had a short notice transfer (literally a weeks notice). They charged me the 3 months cancellation fee per the lease agreement but also charged me for the 60 days I wasn't able to give them. Keep in mind I was always on time or early on my rent and never provided and issues to them. Just not very considerate to your situation, only after your money.

I have been here for over a year, just signed an 18 month renewal lease. I love it here. The management we have here now is wonderful, super friendly and easy to work with. I work close by so its a great fit for me.

Taylor Pointe is a great little community! I have just signed on for my second year here and just love it. You cant beat the cost and they take good care of me.

I’m very happy here, the staff goes out of their way to make me feel at home and any issues that I have had have been solved very quickly. The apartments are cute, utilities are very reasonable and I have met some very nice neighbors. This is home.
