Aside from the issue we are trying to.resolve, Cortland Powell is indeed a great community to we live. Good parks and shopping nearby. The community is kept clean and safe. We are also kept well informed of events and weather.

I absolutely love living at Cortland Powell. From the moment I moved in, I felt a genuine sense of community here. The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming—Sakeena especially goes above and beyond to make everyone feel seen and cared for. She’s truly a gem and such a big part of what makes this place special.

The maintenance team is also top-notch. They’re fast, respectful, and always do quality work. It’s so refreshing to live somewhere where you know any issue... will be handled quickly and with care.

The community itself is beautiful—well-kept, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. I love that we’re close to walking trails and tucked away just enough to feel cozy and quiet, while still being conveniently located near great restaurants, shops, and everything you need.

Very nice community, lovely landscaping, wonderful location, great staff

We have moved here from overseas. Initially, I had some worries about living overseas. However, thanks to the great neighbors and staff, it's very comfortable to live here.

My husband and I have lived here at Cortland for almost 4 years now. We still enjoy it and call it home. With a park across the street and a close drive to diffeerent stores, it is a really good.location. The Community is always maintained and well kept.
