Cortland Powell goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and maintenance. I also love the landscaping which is always green and neat and compliments the buildings so nicely. I have been living here for 3 years now and have enjoyed it thus far.

Aside from the issue we are trying to.resolve, Cortland Powell is indeed a great community to we live. Good parks and shopping nearby. The community is kept clean and safe. We are also kept well informed of events and weather.

Truly Feels Like Home
I absolutely love living at Cortland Powell. From the moment I moved in, I felt a genuine sense of community here. The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming—Sakeena especially goes above and beyond to make everyone feel seen and cared for. She’s truly a gem and such a big part of what makes this place special.

The maintenance team is also top-notch. They’re fast, respectful, and always do quality work. It’s so refreshing to live somewhere where you know any issue... will be handled quickly and with care.

The community itself is beautiful—well-kept, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. I love that we’re close to walking trails and tucked away just enough to feel cozy and quiet, while still being conveniently located near great restaurants, shops, and everything you need.

It’s rare to find a place that balances convenience, beauty, and that genuine feeling of home—but Cortland Powell has nailed it. I'm so glad I chose to live here.
