Hadlee Manor Senior Apartments

Although this is a new complex most, if not all units, were never built properly. Just one of MANY examples include water leakage in several units that the owner and management refuse to fix. Additionally, most, if not all units, are in need of repairs of one kind or another. Again, the owner and management refuse to make repairs. In regard to the common areas of Hadlee Manor: The parking lot lighting does not work resulting in near total darkness at night. There is exposed and improperly... installed electrical cable throughout the property. There are open ditches that management / ownership has refused to fill resulting falls of mobility-challenged tenants. The tenants have systemically been denied the community room and exercise room. (they are currently unfit for use and are being used to store construction materials) Any and all repairs that have been attempted have been made by unquailed and unlicensed repair people. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere for a place to live. Lee mas
