Shawnee Park Apartamentos

The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the inside of the apartments are actually nice but other than that they’re definitely a 1 Star! Let’s start with the paper thin walls.. You can LITERALLY hear every sneeze, cough, scratch, chirp anything from outside through these cheaply made walls. I have no peace & quiet in my own home because of the cheap foundation these apartments are made from. On top of that every week there’s a letter on every ones door with some kind of bullshit... that if you do this or that it’ll be a lease violation. You can’t have ANYTHING on YOUR balcony! It’s just too much like is this my home or NO?! I swear if I didn’t have a one year contract I would leave like NOW! Lee mas
