Stillwater Flats Management informed my son via email that he had six days to move from the second floor to the fourth floor. IN THE MIDDLE OF HOMECOMING WEEK. To a different floor plan. With no other options or advanced notice. They are converting and selling his unit as a condo. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE KNOWN THAT TWO MONTHS AGO WHEN WE MOVED IN. Are they within the bounds of the lease? Yes. Is that how you treat people? No. They tried to convince me that they were taking some sort of... imaginary high ground because they are providing "moving help" in the middle of the day during class for all the clearly packed boxes and bags that my son has no time to create. the maintenance helped me with work orders i placed within the hour i placed it! very nice and helpful

the management here is amazing! Trent was in the office answering all of my questions. And answered even questions i didnt think about. they really take care of you here!

I put in a work order earlier today. And not long after the maintenence worker brandon came and helpled me with my issue. love the caring staff here!

The Flats is the most pet friendly property by FAR, their fenced in dog park on site has been vital for my pup!
