I moved in November 2024 and immediately regretted it because of the constant stomping, banging, and heavy footsteps from the tenants upstairs. It’s so loud it feels like living beneath elephants.

Since then, I’ve emailed management multiple times with recordings and even provided a police incident number after calling in a late-night noise complaint. Their only response has been, “We’ll ask them to keep it down.” Nothing has ever improved. My most recent email wasn’t even acknowledged... .

Because of this, I have never had a quiet evening after work or a peaceful day off. The noise is relentless, and I now dread being home. It feels retaliatory at this point, and the lack of response from management only makes it worse.

If you value peace, quiet, and responsive management, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Living here has only increased my anxiety, stress, and PTSD symptoms. The quality of life here is significantly reduced. Lee mas

Great team of management
Beautiful location with tons of thought placed on the design of the apartments. Love it. I am editing my original review to a more honest review after new owner and management took over. I loved, loved the first year and resigned for a longer term lease. I wish I never had. 1st month of new lease.. I am in violation due to the hummingbird feeders that have been up since I first moved in. When asked what rule they broke, “The owner drove by and thought they were... unsightly” . The 2nd month; Pay rent on the 5th (due date on an app) office doesn’t open until 2 days later, you are in violation $100 late fee for late rent that was paid on the due date through their app. 3rd month; pay rent on the 4th through their app, you are in violation $100 late charge (they don’t take the form of payment that the app asks you to pay with) Do not move in here if you want a safe, peaceful, calm home. There has been a shooting, cops and fire departments here on a weekly basis. I am counting my seconds to the lease end. The only good thing at this apartment is the maintenance guys. They are the only reason there is one star and not -0 stars Lee mas

Been here 14 months. Management changed 4 months ago (January 2023) . Previous management was solid, punctual with responses and easy to work with. New management not so much. Changed twice and only let us know once. The new management does not really answer emails or voicemails. A bit frustrating really. Tried for two weeks to send in my 30 notice to vacate when my lease was ending. They told me they could not locate my emails and made me redo it for two weeks later so that was lame. Nice place... to live tho. Apartments are clean, mait. Guys are super cool, not a lot of traffic really but the parking sucks for visitors. Its been a nice place to live except for the management crew. I would recommend it. Lee mas

We absolutely love living here. Location, apartment amenities, the environment, office staff, maintenance crew- all top notch. Megan and Tianna in the office are kind and willing to help in any way they can. They work hard together to create and maintain and positive, clean, and friendly environment. The maintenance crew is nothing less than stellar- they go above and beyond to make your space and the community beautiful. We truly love it here and look forward to coming home each day. At the end... of the day, it’s an apartment complex that has higher level accommodations than any other I’ve experienced. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a place to call home.
