I think the headline says it all concerning the complex. The leasing staff is very helpful. The maintenance staff is very responsive. The apartment seems to be relatively up to date compared its age. This is a great place to live

I have lived at Cortland Village for seven years. The competent, friendly management, superb maintenance staff, fine apartment design, location for transit and walking make this a true village and home.

The front office was very responsive throughout the touring and leasing process; Kristie and Kiley were always going the extra mile. Whenever we have placed maintenance requests, the team is very prompt, efficient, and professional. Very quiet and well maintained neighborhood.

The staffing in cortland are the most lazy and unprofessional team that I ever seen. I moved here from New york city where there are more pressure and busy schedual still work get done better. Here there are not as much apartment to maintain but still you get the worst service ,golf cars sitting there in same spot for hours everyday..redicilous! also office they will stop answering your phone calls once you lease. So Stressful and toxic team!

Poor quality of sercices the way you will be treated before and after the lease is completly different "Trap". Advice: if you have no choice but to live here I suggest take pictures and adress all the issue that you will found when you move in because deff you wont find it ready yet and the managment they will make you pay for every tiny things you did and you did not! Another IMPORTANT thing!! : Do not give permetion to the maintenance guys while you are not home They will mess with your things... smoke and use your bathroom . Lee mas
