Parkside Apartments

the rent is WAY too expensive. the manager sucks, my neighbour beats his dog and theres ants infested everywhere, no matter how much we try to contact the manager she doesnt even try to fix it. pam was the best but all the ones after that SUCK. we are too poor to try to find another place to live. we wish we could go somewhere else but we literally cannot.

I can hear my neighbor's alarm clock, their toilet flushing, and can nearly discern the conversations they have. On both sides. No, I don't have super hearing. Management is in constant turnover, no communication. We had maintenance issues that were reported that took over a year to resolve. They forgot to order parts needed. New maintenance guy lives here and cannibalized his own apartment to fix ours.
Finally moving out and have to have a premove out inspection. She gives us a 24 hour notice... (no problem) but the notice gives the start and end times as 8am to 5pm. 9 hours, her convenience. She flakes, leaving me stuck at home for 9 hours and no call, email or anything for a week. Calls my husband and says "she had a blonde moment and didn't look at her calendar. " I called 2 times that day to check if she was coming by. No answer. Walked to the office, no one there. Just two examples. Lee mas

Management loses your rent payment (was shoved in a drawer!!) then wants to evict you for non-payment. It used to be a beautiful property until the new management company came in. The grounds are not as neat and tidy as they once were. They increase rental fees 30% each year!!! Many renters are being priced out of what had been affordable apartments. On the plus side the apartments are laid out nicely and of good size.

Run down apartments terrible service from staff. My dog had fleas the entire time I lived here.

Great Place to Live....I have lived here for almost a year and have had nothing but a great experience. The manager is very nice, very courteous and very helpful. The maintenance man is helpful and polite. I have had only one occasion for his service but I see him around the complex often.
The condition of the apartments and the pet policy brought me to this address. I had alot of choices in this area in which to choose. We have a quiet time from 10pm thru 8am. This makes it very nice compared... to other places I have visited. I love the recreational aereas and the beautiful foilage spread throughout. Overall I cannot think of a better place to live and I plan on staying here for years to come. Lee mas
