Worst Management Ever
I have lived in this complex since 2014, management cycles through due to lack of competency or courage to handle the tenants.
The owners gray star went through and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on roofing and gutters and painting the buildings to make them look pretty and it's still the same rundown Apartments.
This management cares so little about the people living here, we have been asking for months for soap and toilet paper in the gym bathroom but they decided to close it down... because someone stole something, despite having cameras to be able to figure out who did it, they choose collective punishment against everyone.
They will also lie and make special deals with individuals that are not available to everyone, they have very little care and are proud of the fact that they evict tenants.

There has been improvement made here at Lake Crest, it's not the Hilton but a home is what you make it.

Unprofessional Hacks
These are the most unprofessional apartment managers I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I applied for an apartment, Erica called me the next day to say I had passed screening, and we set up a time a meet a few days later to sign the initial papers and for me to leave a deposit. I filled out those papers and left a $300 money order deposit. They then sent me a letter about a week later now saying they were denying me, claiming that I now did not pass screening, after they told me I... had been approved and they took my money. I am looking into taking them to small claims court to get my money back. Don't be enticed by their low rental rates. Look anywhere else but here. The place is managed by Peak Living and they were not very helpful as I continued to try to rectify this situation. I would avoid Lake Crest and any property managed by Peak Living.

NEVER do maintnance! After SEVERAL phone calls and in person attemps! and STILL no mail key!!
i moved in in yhe middle of AUGUST. it is now the start of NOVEMBER! STILL NOTHING! dont expect to get anything fixed or to check ur mail!

Bad
They take advantage that you are low income. They leave you without appliances for month's. There staff take lots of breaks and drink wine on there lunch break.
