The price is great, but in Newberg, you get what you pay for I suppose. Forget kind-hearted, down to earth humane owners and mangers anymore. They are all the same no matter how small. It took over a year to get repairs done after several requests, in writing. Mold and bugs were everywhere when I first moved in, the carpet was old and not replaced and the cabinets were already falling off of their hinges. They have still not been replaced. I am sure that I will not get my deposit back, even... though, I took photographs and kept requesting the repairs.
I would recommend going anywhere else if possible. Forget this place. I have seen so many people bet evicted at "no cause" with a 30 day notice even when their rent was paid to leave them, mostly minorities in the streets.
Don't trust them, anymore don't trust any owner or manager or landlord. Renters do not have any rights anymore. Lee mas

This place is awful !!!! Moving into these apts was the biggest mistake, I've ever made. Be ware of bug infestations and mold issues if you move in here. I have carpet beetle larvae crawling up my walls at night. Noticed the bugs right after getting the key asked management they said it's the time of season for bugs, but I had no idea what type of bug infestations I was dealing with until a few days later. Notified management three times now and had a exterminator come out twice and no results .... . I haven't even lived here a month yet and I have to deal with a bug infestation and my car tires being popped and my other car getting flat tires by running over screws. After a few days of moving in here another resident approached me and told me that her friend lived in my unit and they had bed bugs and that management knew of these issues and did nothing. And the exterminator the manager sent out to us was a joke!!! He spray 1 or 2 sprays of bug spray and expects this bug infestation to go away.. Lee mas
