Brookside Rose - Rose Court

Horrible experience. Renting from downstairs apartment is a nightmare. There is no insulation whatsoever, and no carpeting, therefore you hear every footstep and noise from upstairs neighbor at any hour of the day or night on a regular basis. When talking on the phone the voice upstairs bellows and echoes through the building and you hear it everywhere, like a loud TV on too loud, yet it is someone just talking on the telephone. It is very wearisome on your nerves and I feel my privacy is... violated completely. The mail here gets deposited into other people mailboxes continually, and the postmaster here in Phoenix won't do anything about it. Totally unsafe. It's the worst move I have ever made. Warning, be forewarned, the only way to make it here is to be a lucky one to get a unit which does not have anyone above you, and there are plenty. See first before you accept an apartment to rent. I do not recommend renting from this complex at all. Lee mas
