rude, unhelpful

I was given their number by an agency... and wow. RUDE. UNHELPFUL. You would think given the purpose of this apartment building they could find someone to answer the phone and talk to people who is not a total jerk, completely rude, utterly UNHELPFUL, and does not talk to people like they're stupid because the answers given, AGAIN, were UNHELPFUL, RUDE, NOT CLEAR, etc etc. I am sorry if this place is your only option. It's already off to a crap start I can tell. Whoever this "Chris" guy is who... they have answering the phones, I am sure, will run this place into the ground. One of THOSE buildings. GO CITY OF PORTLAND!!
