Red Tail Canyon Townhomes

Rented for 19 months at the town houses on my Scott. All of our cars were broken into and had windows smashed out at one point ot another and when we would notify management they would just shrug and say they weren’t responsible for it. After telling management several times we don’t want people in our unit with out one of us home since we have very expensive items in the unit they didn’t give any notice and came in while we were on vacation because the ac people came that day and they didn’t... want to wait and the company they used left two doors open all our lights on and the ac running during the heat spike during summer. The back door opens directly into the forest behind the unit that has homeless and drug users living in that they left open and when we told management they said the company said they didn’t do it so they are taking there word for it. They also told us prior to moving in that since we needed to move in quickly they didn’t have time to replace carpet so they would make sure not to take that out of our deposit at the end but they took 1600 dollars out for that and then 1300 out because no 30 day notice even though we gave them a 6 month notice when resigning. Overall worst place I’ve ever lived and would never think of renting from them again and will advise all to stay away. Lee mas
