I've lived here a little over 2 years now, unfortunately, and I strongly recommend against moving here.

Management does nothing to address dangerous or problematic tenants that openly break the lease, or the tweakers that strip cars and deal drugs in the parking lot. I've found needles in the dryer in the shared laundry room, reported a creepy neighbor that constantly sits in front of my apartment and watches me while chain smoking cigarettes, and have watched the cops swarm the building for... fights and violence on too many occasions to count. They also do nothing about the frequent car thefts and break-ins.

The shared spaces are absolutely filthy. The washing machines (only 3 for an entire building... good luck getting a chance to use one when you need to) smell like mildew and are covered in dog hair. The cleaners occasionally wipe it down, but they never run a cleaning cycle on the machines. The floors in the hallways are embarrassing because of how dirty they are- I think a cleaning company comes once a month/every other month and it's clearly the cheapest one they could fine even if the frequency was reasonable.

They raise the rent as often as they can, for no justifiable reason. The place is a cheap dump with walls thin enough to hear your neighbor eat chips in bed or everything they do in the bathroom. My refrigerator has been constantly leaking since the day I moved in, and once even shorted out and ruined all my food. The AC is about as old as I am and only occasionally pushes out cold air. Each time I placed tickets to address these issues, they basically just shrugged and said it's fine. Bet they're going to try to charge me for them being broken when I move out though.

I could write a book on all the reasons why you shouldn't move here but I'll leave it at that. There are tons of other complexes around for the same rent with much better quality. I can finally afford to move, and I'll be gone the second my lease is up Lee mas

The buildings are solid, the staff is great, the pool is heated and the barbecue is on.

This complex is dirty and dingy. Nothing is upgraded. Crime is high. Repairs aren’t a priority.

Bad maintenence, bad management, bad drainage on the property which causes flooding in units every year, etc. Our apartment had heavy cigarette smoke damage from a previous tenant and they just painted over it on the walls, left the ceiling blackened by smoke with smoke filled insulation sticking out of holes. We never were able to get rid of the smell up until the flooding destroyed our and 50 other units. We were told by upstairs neighbors it happened every year for the past 7 years at least.

I paid SO much money to break my lease and get out of this place. It was treated for COCKROACHES. Exterminators had to enter regularly. The carpet was already trashed when I moved in and I still got a massive bill when I moved out even though it was nicer and cleaner than when I moved in. I put in a work order and it took them three months to even see it. Mold everywhere. Honestly the most poorly kept apartment complex I’ve ever seen. Tons of police activity. I never ever felt safe living here.... I would never recommend to anyone. Lee mas
