Bettis Apartments

The apartment complex is nice. Located in NE end of the city. We'll within walking distance to wherever you need to go to in town. Right by the airport. Very quite complex. The inside of the apartment itself is a little outdated in all aspects(carpet, air and heat, kitchen appliances) It's a one bedroom one bath apartment. A kitchen that only is suitable or comfortably fit for one person at a time. Living room area is nice and spacious bedroom is spacious as well there are two closets in the... bedroom nothing immaculate. Bathroom is tiny but does have shower and bathtub and also a linen closet. No central air. Has one ac unit to cool apartment with but is in bedroom so doesn't really circulate into living room kitchen area to well. But overall nice place friendly neighbors. Grade school and middle school all located within 1000 yards from complex. The landlord or property manager does live down the street at end of block. Do have matienance guy to fix work on complex as well as on site laundry. $395 plus electric a month for one bedroom and two bedrooms go for 485$. No application fees or anything like that that you have to deal with property agencies. Lee mas
