The Pines Apartments

Not professional management. Maintenance is terrible, I’m pretty sure they refused my maintenance request for 2 months because I was behind on rent. I had to call the city and file a complaint. They speak to you like your a dog. Avoid or make sure you have prepaid legal.

I moved into the pine apartments in Salem Oregon cause I had 2 months to move out of my old place and this was the only decent apartment I could find within my budget. The reason I'm not giving these apartments 5 stars is because pretty much all my neighbors are pot heads and I have complained toanagement about it (this was before it was legal). Also my windows is facing the stet and I hear traffic all day long. U have had to call the chips several times because my neighbors are fighting. The... halls smell so bad and are almost always dirty. I like that there's camaras since this neighborhood is a bit sketchy. I'm very uncomfortable here but I don't have the money to move just yet. I guess for being my first apartment it isn't so bad and also like I said I needed to be out and didn't have much time to plan and look for a HOME. Lee mas
