The Crossings at Neshaminy Apartments

I lived at the Crossings at Neshaminy for three years and had a good overall experience. The location is super convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and major roads. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the staff were friendly. The apartments are spacious and well-kept, with decent amenities like a pool and gym. Rent went up a bit each year but stayed reasonable for the area. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to live.

The leasing office staff deserves a special shoutout — Megan and Lauren were absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, they were warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, and they made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it made... me feel confident that this is a community that truly cares about its residents.

I am living here from the last 5+ years. And I recommend this facility for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and pleasant apartment complex. And also the property manager Megan is very nice and welcoming, she helped me over the years. She is very attentive on any concerns and resolve them as quickly as possible. I totally recommend this apartment complex

I honestly did not even make it to the point to see how the living experience would be. I tried to schedule an appointment to walk through a vacant floor plan and the leasing person came off as if I was an annoyance to her for asking to see an apartment before signing a lease. I finally was able to get an appointment at 9am on 4/30/21. When I arrived on time, the women in the leasing office rudely told me "we don't have any models to show you". I drove an hour to see the apartment and received... the worst service by far compared to other's in the area. I would not recommend even considering such a place. I can only image the service once you've signed the lease. Lee mas

The apartment is great! Staff is amazing! They fix things in a timely manner! Great environment! No noise! I love this apartment!!
