I haven't even been here a year,the day I moved in AFTER giving my landlord security deposit & 1st month rent,i found out there were bed bugs & Exterminators were coming out that week!! Then after talking with tenants I found out this problem has existed the whole time they've lived there for YEARS!! The landlord or more like slumlord is the worst,and so disgusting..he even lives in the apartment building also.washer & dryer has been broken twice since ive been here also. There are 14 units &... only 2 washers & 2 dryers. I'm moving out end of the month & there is a for rent sign out front now,even though the landlord is aware of the bedbug issue & is still in the process of extermination..NEWS FLASH THE BUGS ARE INSIDE OF THE WALLS OF EVERY UNIT,THE WHOLE PLACE NEEDS TO BE DEMOLISHED. Spraying one unit that's effected is not doing it,they crawl to the next unit. Such a shame, across from the Bristol river is the only positive about this place. Lee mas
